2-SERIES MINI PUMP

2-SERIES MINI PUMP

The 2-Series Mini-Pumps are low-flow/high-pressure external gear pumps that are completely field repairable.

With a ruggedly designed 316 Stainless Steel or Titanium body and several material options for shafts, gears, wear plates and bearings, pumps are typically used in chemical processing plants, pilot plants, laboratories, paper-making, chemical dosing and metering, and pipeline sampling.

Flow rates range from 1 GPH to 60 GPH. Differential pressures up to 225 PSI.

Viscosities can reach 10,000 cPs.

3 AND H SERIES

3 AND H SERIES

Liquiflo’s standard gear pump, the 3-Series can produce flows up to 58 GPM and differential pressure up to 100 PSI.

The H-Series pump is an upgraded version of the 3-Series. With similar outside dimensions to the 3-Series, the H-Series has larger diameter shafts, bigger bearings and seals for extended service life. These features allow it to handle higher pressures and operate longer. The H-Series offers flows up to 30 GPM and differential pressures up to 225 PSI.

Gear housings are available in 316 SS and Alloy-C materials. Housings come in NPT threaded, ANSI, DIN & JIS flanged and sanitary connections.

Higher discharge pressures up to 300 PSI are available upon special request.

Viscosities range to 100,000 cPs and temperatures can reach 500º F.

4- SERIES

4- SERIES

Liquiflo’s 4-Series pumps are low flow/high pressure magnetically-driven gear pumps that are completely field repairable.

The 4-Series housings are manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy-C or Titanium. With several material options for shafts, gears, wear plates and bearings, these pumps can be used in a wide variety of chemical processing applications.

These pumps are ruggedly designed and competitively priced making them an ideal candidate for many OEM applications including chemical feed skids.

Flow rates up to 3.5 GPM and differential pressures up to 100 PSI.

Viscosities range up to 5,000 cP.

CENTURY SERIES

CENTURY SERIES

The century series of Centrifugal pumps are available in 5 different sizes. These pumps were designed to to handle the lower flow applications that create maintenance problems for standard ANSI pumps.

Flow rates reach 160 GPM and discharge heads up to 100′ TDH.

Impellers and casings come in standard 316 SS construction. Pumps come magnetically driven or are available in many different mechanical seal options. Temperatures range from -80º to 500ºF.

Pumps come in threaded NPT or ANSI flanged connections.

Typical applications include chemical transfer, blending, unloading, and hot oil heat transfer.

ENDURA AIR-BARRIER CENTRIFUGAL

ENDURA AIR-BARRIER CENTRIFUGAL

Liquiflo’s Endura® Pumps are Group I & Group II ANSI-Dimensional centrifugal pumps. 11 ANSI sizes are available.

Flow rates can reach 1,000 GPM with discharge heads of 400′ TDH. Temperatures can reach 600ºF.

The Endura® MC-series mag-drive pump will handle applications that include dry-running, pumping solids as well as high-temperature demands.

Liquiflo’s Endura® AB-Series is our Patented Air-Barrier Centrifugal Pump. This revolutionary design was the recipient of the 1995 Vaaler Award. The AB can run dry indefinitely and handles solids – something no other pump in the industry can do. A gas seal isolates the process fluid from the bearings within the pump. The benefit of this design is that the Endura® AB does not rely on the pumpage for lubrication. This allows the use of standard, greased-for-life ball bearings instead of the common sleeve bearings found in all other magnetically driven pumps. Pumps can handle up to 40% solids content.

Applications include explosive chemical, chemical/petrochemical solids & slurries.

POLYGUARD SERIES

POLYGUARD SERIES

The POLY-GUARD Polymer-Lined Stainless Steel Gear Pump provides both internal and external protection against corrosive fluids and harsh environments.

This combination of the toughest exterior and the most chemically resistant interior makes the POLY-GUARD series the ultimate solution for the most difficult chemical pumping applications.

Flow rates range up to 17 GPM. Differential pressures up to 100 PSI.
